I was born a Capricorn in a town called Calgary, Alberta, Canada and as long as I can remember I have always loved to do everything, especially things that involved money and business. I still remember how it all started with that snow shovel. I purchased the shovel from the money that I earned while babysitting. The first company I started was called J & W Lawn Care & Snow Removal.

I sold most of my landscaping contracts to other competitors in 2005. This was my first real experience with mergers and acquisitions and since then I have been working hard as a business consultant. Today, I have risen to one of the well-known motivational and corporate coaches and speakers in Calgary and throughout Canada and the United States and speak and work all over the world for several notable clients.
